Welcome to
Mind in Tune
Hi, I’m Caroline Ritson, MD. I’m a board-certified psychiatrist and the founder of Mind in Tune, an independent psychiatry practice offering care for adults throughout Hawaiʻi.
I’m currently accepting new patients.
I believe care begins with taking time to understand a person’s story, not just their symptoms.
Mind in Tune is the space I created to practice in a way that feels true to who I am and to the path that shaped how I care for others.
My approach is integrative and focused on supporting the whole person in moving toward balance.
I explore root causes and the many factors that influence mental health, offering personalized care that may include medication support, therapy, and lifestyle approaches to help you thrive.
Services
-
A thorough assessment focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals for care. I take time to explore biological, psychological, social, and lifestyle factors that influence mental health.
-
Thoughtful prescribing with attention to underlying biological and nutritional factors that may influence symptoms and treatment response. When helpful, we can also discuss supplements or nutraceuticals.
-
I incorporate elements of therapy into most visits using a flexible, supportive approach. Depending on your needs, sessions may draw from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, lifestyle, or insight-oriented techniques.
